The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of C&B, developing and implementing cost-effective HR strategies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of compensation practices, and a proven track record in optimizing costs while maintaining employee satisfaction. Location: Ho Chi Minh.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive C&B strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent, while aligning with the company's financial goals.
- Lead the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits packages.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits remain competitive in the industry.
- Collaborate with Finance and other relevant stakeholders to create and manage annual HR budgets and forecasts.
- Drive cost-effective HR initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce overhead costs.
- Provide expert guidance on Vietnam Labor Law and Asia Labor Law compliance, ensuring that all HR policies and practices are in alignment with regulations.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee employee engagement and performance management initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies that support the company's growth and ensure a pipeline of skilled professionals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive expertise in Compensation & Benefits strategy design, implementation, and management.
- Proven ability to manage costs, drive efficiently, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for informed decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and basic Asia Labor Law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating complex organizational changes and restructures.
