Monroe Consulting Group is currently assisting a client in looking for a top professional with a strong managerial experience in Digital Infra, Telecom or ISP industry to lead the HR department in Indonesia's operations. Our client is a hyper growing telecommunications infrastructure company, under a global private equity fund.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to Executive Leadership and Board Members on key HR issues and talent management for business growth.
  • Conceptualize and communicate complex issues effectively, implementing plans to support long-term organizational objectives.
  • Drive organizational growth through impactful talent planning and development strategies.
  • Lead diverse expert teams with a strong service orientation, fostering seamless collaboration for significant improvements.
  • Energize and inspire board members, building positive influence.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships and support across the organization.
  • Elevate individual and team performance, embracing change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive in dynamic settings, maintaining focus and effective prioritization.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of senior managerial experience, including 5 years in Telco industry.
  • Proven capabilities in managing complex situations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, strong interpersonal and facilitation abilities.
  • Understanding of business dynamics and contribution to business strategy.
  • Clear critical thinking, effective decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven skills in strategic prioritization, delegation, and prompt decision-making.
  • Experience in stakeholder communications, interpersonal skills, and managing mergers and acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with risk management and compliance best practices.
