Senior HR Executive (Training & Recruitment)

Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational chemicals company dealing mainly in decorative paints and performance coatings and the world's leading provider of marine coatings to shipowners and management companies. This job is on an on-site work arrangement and the office is based in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Respond for conducting recruitment processes in accordance with company's policies and standards by following hiring step to ensure the best candidates are selected for each position.
* Respond for providing advice during recruitment process by evaluating candidates' strength and weakness based on observation and psychological/behavioural analysis tools to ensure the hiring manager selects the suitable candidate.
* Provide company information to all new penguins by conducting pre-induction & arranging the orientation program to ensure that they have received important information from relevant sources to support their work.
* Respond for HSEQ Training by following up the HSEQ requirements to ensure that training activities has aligned with HSEQ requirement.
* Respond for online / training program by conducting the modules and ensure the preparation of training activities to meet the needs of competencies development.
* Respond for New staff's probation period by monitoring & following up LM to evaluate new staff and submit required documents under company's instruction to make sure that LM has support, follow up and monitor new staff 's performance during probation to avoid labour law case.
* Respond for Jotun Internship program by providing trainees based on required of field of study to support the smooth workflow to the requirement of departments.
* Serve HR & Admin department by supporting company activities or event to ensure all HR targets are achieved.

* Bachelor' degree
* Atleast 8 years of working experience in Recruitment & Training.
* Having experience or familiar in using Competency Based Interview Techniques.
* Good in using Microsoft office ( Excel & Powerpoint) preferrable.
* Fair in English Usage ( Writing & Speaking).
* Good attitude, Proactive, Analytic, Service mind, Problem solving, Flexible,
* Teamwork and Able to work under high pressure.
