Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Industrial Division is exclusively partnered with multinational organization who is well established in the field of logistics.

Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Generalist located in Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and HR management tasks on a regular basis.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the hiring of top-quality talent that aligns with the company's goals (liaise with headhunter as well).
  • Provide guidance and support in employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and create appropriate programs.
  • Administer and maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment laws to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.


Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Experience with HR Management and HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field


Relevant experience in a similar role and experience with talent acquisition, training, and development would be beneficial.
