This is an amazing opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as a HR Lead. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be a key member of the management team. This is both a strategic and operational role. You will also support day to day operations and design HR strategies to meet business goals, at the same time provide appropriate coaching and feedback to leaders as an individual contributor. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude, ability to adapt, problem-solving ability and drive.
An all-rounder with 7 years and above of experience in HR. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, taking charge of a full spectrum of human resource functions including developing policies, directing and coordinating HR activities such as recruitment (from sourcing to offer management), compensation & benefits, performance review, employee engagement and relations, organisation learning and development, employee services and any HR-related matters.
You will be an excellent communicator to communicate effectively with both the internal and external stakeholders.
Essential: HR experience in start-up environment/ Very Hands on/ Tech industry preferred.
