Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company who runs chain of restaurants in the country. Our respected client is seeking for an HR Manager who will be responsible in supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Job Responsibilities:
Employee and Labor Relations
· Knowledgeable with labor code of the Philippines
· Develop and continuous improvement of policies, procedures & code of conduct
· Resolves internal disputes and implements appropriate sanctions for erring employees
· Can execute and implement disciplinary action well and can justify in case of legal action from DOLE
· Can conduct and handle investigation well
· Can communicate and handle people at all level
· Ensures the constant availability and quality of employee services
Employee Performance Management
· Conceptualize and utilizes a merit-based performance evaluation system
· Interprets employee performance data and makes recommendations to the Management
· Ensures the preparation of periodic performance reports such as HR Key Performance Indicators (KPI) based on Key Result Areas (KRA) for all levels of management to enable other areas to compare their performances vis-à-vis budgetary commitments.
· Conducts regular audits to observe performance and compliance to company standards.
· Able to assess objectively and recommend to management hi potentials and poor performer.
Organizational Design and Policy
· Designs the organizational and salary structures and defines job ranks, titles, and classifications in accordance with generally accepted OD technical conventions
· Reviews, develops and cascades company policies and procedures
· Directs organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and manpower forecasting throughout the company and makes recommendations to concerned units.
· Can direct the whole company culture to be culture of excellence.
Recruitment
· Utilizes effective recruitment strategies applicable to the position being sought
· Implements a stringent screening and evaluation process for potential hires
Training and Development
· Develop comprehensive technical and behavioral training modules per position
· Ensures that the company culture, core values, core purpose, and vision are clearly cascaded to and wholeheartedly practiced by all employees
· Formulates position agreements (job descriptions), career development plans, and related documents per position
· Propose and organizes company-wide culture development, team building, and social responsibility events
· Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager in the same industry
