Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a reputable biotechnology company. Our respected client is seeking an HR Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end employee cycle which includes all activities for recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance & compensation management, grievance management and off-boarding. The job will based in Pasay City.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals.
* Provide HR business partnering to the business by working closely with department managers in matters relating to HR and admin.
* Responsible for execution and management of annual performance appraisal and preparation for yearly salary review, promotion and variable bonus for reporting.
* Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
* Process monthly payroll, tax clearance and government contributions.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent level.
* Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial position leading a team and engaging with senior management.
* Well versed with Labour code of the Philippines, and statutory rules and regulations
* Good knowledge in payroll
* People oriented and results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a dynamic environment.
* Great project management skills, ability to commit on deadlines, build trust with stakeholders and deliver on promise.
* Fluency in English, written & spoken
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Creative and critical thinker who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative and is driven to deliver
* Experience of working for an international company in a matrixed organization
* Willing to be based in Pasay City on a hybrid setup
