Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the World's Largest Food companies. Our respected client is seeking an HR Manager who is mainly responsible for ensuring the development, implementation and management of all HR processes and programs. The job is based in Bulacan.
Key job responsibilities include:
  • Handles employee relations; company-wide committee facilitation; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; drug-free programs; and employee services and counseling.
  • Responsible for all the functions that dealt with the needs and activities of the employees including recruiting, training, organizational development, communication, performance management and improvement systems, policy recommendation and implementation, team building, salary and benefits administration, leadership, and labor relations.
  • Supervises the administration of company-sponsored activities namely Christmas party, company outing, anniversary celebration.
  • Handles the employees' health benefits program.
  • Keeps abreast with the latest information and benefits offered by government-mandated programs namely SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
  • Recommends policies, rules, regulations, directives, memoranda and notices, as the need arises.
  • Develops and implements company's personnel policies, rules and regulations and its consistent adherence by administering proper personnel actions such as disciplinary actions.
Job Requirements
  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent course
  • With at least 5 years working experience in a managerial capacity; experience in FMCG company is an advantage
  • Has broad experience and understanding of HR related functions and best practices
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong background in labor relations
  • With strong leadership and interpersonal relationship skills
