Our respective client is looking for a HR Manager for Total Rewards and Performance Management who will be responsible in developing and delivering integrated Total Rewards & Performance Management strategies toward building a high performing organization. This role will be reporting to the HR Director, with Hybrid work set-up and is located in Makati City.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Directs and manages all activities related to the total rewards, recognition & organizational effectiveness.
Handles all communication, sensitization and monitoring of the processes to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business needs.
Plan, implement and monitor the annual performance management cycle as well as capability development (People Review) activities to ensure alignment across various people processes
Ensure continuous process improvement initiatives are in place
Conducts quality audit of the Yearly Development Review and People Review
Develop and maintain HR dashboard; provide analytical insights based on data to improve HR performance
Guarantee that programs and initiatives are backed up with the right balance of data analytics and quality feedback
Leverages on data analytics and technology to support Performance Management & Capability Development strategies
Assess the effectiveness of current compensation & benefits programs; designs, redesigns and implement total rewards policies and practices that are in alignment with the HR strategy and business goals
Assess the compensation landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, make recommendations as necessary
Ensure competitiveness of total rewards & recognition programs, whilst staying equitable and cost effective
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in BS/AB Psychology, AB Human Resources Management or Business Management, Post-graduate degree is a plus
At least 10 years work experience in HR, with 5 years in Total Rewards Management & HRBP
HR experience in a pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with strong personality
Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
