Job Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive packages through research.
- Administer benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.
- Assist employees with compensation and benefits inquiries.
Policies and Procedures:
- Develop, update, and manage HR policies.
- Educate employees on HR policies.
- Review and revise policies as needed.
System and Tools:
- Implement HRIS and other tools.
- Collaborate with IT for seamless integration.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR data for insights.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Master's or HR certification is a plus.
- At least 7 years of HR experience, focusing on compensation, benefits, policies, systems, and tools.
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and HR software.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Proven project management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain data confidentiality.
