Executive Recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Operations Specialist with at least 7 years of experience for a contract based position. This role focuses on compensation, benefits, policies, system implementation, and HR tools. We need someone who can join IMMEDIATELY.

Job Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure competitive packages through research.
  • Administer benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Assist employees with compensation and benefits inquiries.

Policies and Procedures:

  • Develop, update, and manage HR policies.
  • Educate employees on HR policies.
  • Review and revise policies as needed.

System and Tools:

  • Implement HRIS and other tools.
  • Collaborate with IT for seamless integration.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze HR data for insights.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Master's or HR certification is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of HR experience, focusing on compensation, benefits, policies, systems, and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and HR software.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain data confidentiality.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Able to join immediately
