LMA Recruitment are working with a leading International HR Solutions organisation who have a headquarters in the USA but provide outsourced HR solutions and contractor support across 40 countries. The company is looking for exceptional talent to join the team who can provide dedicated support for up to 100 contractors who are based in Poland.
As a HR Operations Support Coordinator, you will be based either in the UK or Poland where you will be responsible for the day to day to operations of contractors across the Polish region providing a first class delivery support while ensuring all communications are correct and up to date. You will responsible for on-boarding of new contractors, off-boarding for leavers, assist with the verification of new hire paperwork and ensuring work permits and visas are valid where applicable. You will have a good understanding and knowledge of Polish legislation with the ability to accurately advise employee queries where needed.
With experience within a HR team, particularly relating to on-boarding, employee lifecycle and payroll, you will also have the ability to effectively offer advice around Polish employment law. You will have experience of a fast paced environment and with strong communication skills, be able to build relationships with your allocated contractors.
