Job Summary
Our respected client is seeking a HR Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring to partner with key internal stakeholders in performing and managing various HR tasks.
The HR Specialist is expected to perform the end-to end process of recruitment, timekeeping, and compensation of benefits for the company. The HR Specialist is expected to have a positive attitude, is target-driven, a good communicator, and a people person. The job is in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and offers a Monday thru Friday - morning shift, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, weekends off with HyFlex work arrangement, 3 days onsite and 2 days' work from home.
Key job responsibilities:
- Responsible for administration of the standard recruitment procedures for all open requirements including sourcing, schedule coordination, interviews and placement.
- Manage candidate pool and build own solid pipeline for future requirements; Develop recruitment data base and conduct analysis of recruitment trends.
- Conduct regular calibration sessions with management and department heads for feedback and updates to ensure alignment in agreed recruitment terms.
- Execute and represent the company in all external and internal pre-planned recruitment/sourcing activities such as Job Fairs, Career Talks, Recruitment Open-House, and other related activities.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees ʹ processing new ID, BDO Account Application, pre-employee requirements for 201 filing, update of Philhealth, HDMF, SSS, BIR.
- Process clearance and issuance of last pay of separated employees.
- Facilitate employee enrollment and cancellation on HR Gateway (HMO, Insurance, and other benefits).
- Monitor employee leave credits and utilization.
- Perform regular timekeeping of employees through the payroll system to ensure accurate and complete logs of attendance, absence, and overtime for processing of payout; Assist in the distribution of attendance report to team managers.
- Assist employees and update monitoring report of SSS/HDMF/Company loan application, attends to Philhealth certification request/s; Communicate with Payroll and Accounting in terms of loans, LGU benefits, and the final pay processing.
- Prepare and monitor SSS Maternity and Sickness benefit documents; Assist Compliance Team in all related documentations.
- Ensure proper safekeeping of HR documents such as 201 and 202 file and other employee related record, maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Perform other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the management.
Key job qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
- With at least four (4) years of relevant work experience in recruitment, timekeeping, and compensation benefits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS or timekeeping and payroll system.
- Experience in processing candidates from mid-level, senior, and executive level posts.
- Ability to conduct employee engagement and facilitate effective training and development is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledgeable in all HR facets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and success in meeting tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with different types of people at all levels.
