HR Supervisor


Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a garment company that specializes in in the production and sale of high-end suits and professional wear. Our respective client is looking for an HR Supervisor who will administer and coordinate human resources programs. This role requires onsite reporting from Mondays-Fridays and will be reporting to the Head of Overseas Marketing.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Will handle the recruitment, payroll, training, compensation & benefits
  • Manage the recruitment and selection of right talents to the organization by establishing effective recruitment and selection system
  • Promote retention and continuation of talents in the organization
  • Establish effective talent management program and succession planning
  • Manage employee database and keep updated
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management Business Studies/ Administration/Management, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years work experience in Human Resources
  • With strong knowledge in Philippines Labor Law
  • Must be well versed in Philippines Employment law and its context
  • Has understanding of payroll, HR legislation, processes, training, recruiting, social insurance,
  • signing labor contract
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in Chinese
  • Superior organizational and time management skills for effective planning and execution of objectives
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and professional responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Eagerness to communicate outside of working hours on urgent and priority issues
  • Willingness to support the needs of other departments if necessary
  • Ability to work in a close-knit team setting
