An IMMEDIATE Temporary opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Vetting Administrator, to join a global Property organisation, based in central London.

The role will sit within the large HR team (although working remotely part of the week is accommodated) and the successful candidate will be totally responsible for co-ordinating all the necessary vetting checks, such as DBS certificates and employment referencing for all new starters to the organisation. The company use an external reference check company, so to be clear, this position will be co-ordinating all the relevant information and communicating between the employee, external company and the hiring manager, not actually completing reference checks.

Excellent communication skills, sound organisational ability with high attention to detail will be expected.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a vetting position before, as they really need someone who can 'hit the ground running' as soon as they start.
