Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in HRGA in multinational company for the job of HRGA Manager. The job is based in Solo, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Direct report to the Director
  • Responsible for the company's personnel work: recruitment, salary and benefits (including social security), personnel records (personal data, attendance, vacation, etc.), compliance, training, assessment, employee relationship management, etc.;
  • Assist in the establishment of company culture and team building;
  • Responsible for standardizing the company's various systems and supervising their implementation;
  • Responsible for the company's logistics management (dormitory, company and dormitory maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
  • Responsible for communicating with local government personnel and coordinating the daily operation of the company

Job Requirements:

  • University degree or above, majoring in business administration or human resource management is preferred;
  • 5 years or above experience in personnel and administrative work, toy industry is value-added;
  • Cheerful, organized, serious and responsible, with excellent team leadership, communication skills and adaptability;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with people at all levels;
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.;
  • High level of oral and written English and Mandarin;
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor law, human resource market and talent structure;
  • Have good communication and relationship with local government personnel
  • Experience in buying land and building factories is preferred
  • Work experience in foreign capital, especially Chinese enterprises is preferred
