Our esteemed client is actively seeking a talented and resourceful HRGA Manager for their operations in Jakarta, Indonesia. This pivotal role is charged with the responsibility of meticulously overseeing employee administration and implementing strategic HR initiatives, all aimed at establishing a seamlessly functioning HR system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and administer payroll processes.
- Prepare, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of records and reports related to payroll transactions.
- Coordinate and guide employees in goal setting, performance evaluation, and submission of results.
- Participate in or lead the development of innovative HR systems, alongside the planning, projects, and policy implementation.
- Serve as the project coordinator, ensuring smooth project execution among the team, consultants, and business units.
- Play a key role in the employee recruitment process, from sourcing job candidates to conducting selection interviews.
- Provide guidance and timely resolution of employee issues, fostering positive relations.
- Manage the visa and work permit processes for foreign employees.
- Oversee the management and renewal of crucial company documents and licenses.
- Proficiency in accounting and finance is preferred.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
