(HROD) Talent Management Associate Manager


Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-known lifestyle brand that offers a wide range of artistic products. Our respective client is looking for a Talent Management Associate Manager who will handle all Talent Management initiatives focusing on Job Profiling, Organizational Design and individual performance management. This position is on hybrid set-up, will be reporting to the HR Director and is located in Boni, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise talent development and talent reviews for all departments within the company
  • Encourage change management, leadership development programs and performance management in alignment with the goals of the organization
  • Build applicable Talent Management policies, procedures, and forms
  • Design strategies and programs on Organization Development, Organizational Design, Employee development
  • Lead the talent management team in creating strategies to achieve the organization targets and goals
  • Assess talent management programs that consists of leadership development, talent reviews and succession planning
  • Conduct a gap analysis on each of the competencies
  • Build talent management programs that focuses on career development opportunities and on how they can be implemented
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or Any related field
  • At least 5 years work experience as Lead for Talent Management
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and can manage a team well
  • Excellent leadership skills and one who can drive process improvement initiatives
