Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company with a core focus on mining. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) professional with at least 10 years' experience with a mining industry for the job of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Directly reports to the Group HR Head
  • Create an alignment of HR information system and processes with Company's business priorities and goals
  • Design and implement employee information including annual leave, salaries, and working hours
  • Maintaining data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
  • Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws
  • Overseeing all system upgrades and system analytics in human capital
  • Maintaining SAP system and Power BI (business intelligence) within the group
  • Articulate and codify talent and leadership principles, values, and competencies that guide the organization's culture
  • Design and implement human process intervention including team building, coaching, communication scheme, etc.
  • Design and implement HC management system intervention including performance management, succession planning, learning & development, etc

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of IT or in any related field
  • Have minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS areas
  • Have strong knowledge of HR Management and System
  • Experience in implementing SAP and Power BI within the organization and company
  • Have strong analytical data
  • Proactive and engaged learner in a fast-changing environment
  • Highly reliable to perform with or without supervision / work independently
  • Passionate, self-starter and well-organized with strong administrative skill
