International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international Technology company.

Our highly respected client is seeking a Human Resource Director. The job is open only for Vietnamese, the candidate will be based in HCMC, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall HR strategy including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, total rewards, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives and culture.
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR team members.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Partner with managers to identify and address talent management needs and challenges.
  • Develop and manage employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate HR data and reporting systems.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a technology environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
