Our highly respected client is seeking a Human Resource Director. The job is open only for Vietnamese, the candidate will be based in HCMC, Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall HR strategy including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, total rewards, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives and culture.
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to HR team members.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and best practices.
- Partner with managers to identify and address talent management needs and challenges.
- Develop and manage employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate HR data and reporting systems.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a technology environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
