Injection Moulding Manager - Manufacturing (Based in Central Java)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational home appliance manufacturer. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with ten years of experience in plastic injection moulding and its processes for the job of Injection Moulding Manager. The job is based in Central Java, Indonesia.
Job Description:

• Manage the overall activities of the moulding department including but not limited to production, processing, machine maintenance, and tool maintenance and repair.
• Direct and coordinate planning and scheduling of moulding manufacturing with the Factory Director to consistently meet expected product delivery schedules and inventory levels.
• Responsible for assuring the efficient use of materials, machines, moulds, auxiliary equipment, and employees.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of both the long and short-term goals for the Moulding Department.
• Troubleshoot mould processes, machines, and auxiliary equipment problems and make necessary changes to ensure quality and reduce downtime.
• Set moulding process parameters to ensure the product meets dimensional and quality requirements.
• Provide technical assistance to moulding technicians and operators.
• Provide leadership in the maintenance of all operational systems and process controls associated with mould processing, mould maintenance, equipment maintenance, and repair.
• Assure compliance to all moulding area-related procedures, policies, and work instructions.
• Participate in and support the Quality Management System.
• The document, report and maintain all critical production information.
• Support new tool design and development.

Job requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in plastic injection moulding and its processes including setting up of machine parameters.
• Experience handling 500 manpower.
• Hands-on in manufacturing (not a behind-the-desk person).
• Management experience injection moulding workshops are preferred.
• Outstanding knowledge of injection moulding machines.
• B.S. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.
• Prefer licenses: CAD, Drafting, or Design, Good Manufacturing Process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). 4. Excellent in SOP's/WI, batch records, and purchasing specifications is beneficial.
• Ability to accurately recognise deviation from accepted practice is required.
• Mastering , Lean, 6 Sigma, etc.
• Ability to learn advanced proprietary graphical computer-aided analysis software.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22001.
• Monitoring and Implementation of safety in every aspect.
• Willing to be placed in Central Java, Indonesia.
