Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Bedding Company. Our respected client is seeking for a Business Manager - Hospitality. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish contacts with potential customers proactively.
  • Maintain contact with new and existing customers to market product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy.
  • Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Deliver presentations of company products when required.
  • Fully responsible for the sales and marketing of Simmons bedding products or product lines in the Indonesian hospitality market.
  • Consistently seek to defend and expand market share, provide up-to-date market information for evaluation.
  • Update sales tool kits and provide necessary presentation material for presentations to end-users from time to time.
  • Maintain healthy accounts receivables.
  • Achieve the annual sales goals and budget.
  • Conduct market research of competitors' products and information.
  • Provide feedback of both existing and potential customers for effective assessment and enhancement of existing products and development of new products to meet market needs and competition.
  • To provide training on institution products and technical specifications when necessary.
  • Undertake any other duties as instructed by the supervising manager or management.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience working in sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the bedding industry, market trends, and hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement and building customer relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
