LMA is delighted to be working with a Global Financial Services business going through an exciting period of change.
This will be a change focused, project driven role working as part of the Global HR function and reporting into the Global Head of HR.
The major stakeholder group will be technology and the scope of the role will cover a number of change initiatives including:
- Organisational Design
- Learning and development for future of working
- Building relationships and influencing with regards to change and transformation
Ideally you will be an experienced HR consultant with global experience , working in either blue chip or FS with experience working in with Agile .
