Our client, who provides flexible workspace solutions across the UK and parts of Europe, seeks an Internal Communications Manager to join their People Team

They are looking for someone who can come up with creative event ideas and engagement opportunities, and write compelling content for both their internal staff, and for their members, and they are looking for someone from a retail, hospitality, technology, charity or casual dining background. Responsibilities will include:

  • Employee communications at all levels, up to CEO
  • Strategic development and delivery
  • Change communication
  • Looking into how to integrate into international markets
  • Developing TOV and communicating company values
  • Exploring new digital communication channels
  • Developing company wide employee recognition programme
  • Coordinating event attendance and delivery
  • Taking full ownership of their internal communications platform - Workplace (experience of using this or similar ideal)

This is a stand alone role, so the successful candidate must be highly driven and proactive with the ability to drive and deliver multiple, simultaneous projects.
