Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's FMCG Division is recruiting on behalf of a Top FMCG Brand in Malaysia seeking an energetic and ambitious International Business Export Manager with a background in Consumer Good, FMCG, or FnB industries will be responsible for overseeing and managing international business operations and developing export markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create export strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

  • Implement effective marketing plans to drive export sales performance in the international market.

  • Identify potential new markets through competitive analysis, market segmentation, targeting, and positioning.

  • Manage the export marketing budget, including digital marketing, trade promotions, and consumer promotions.

  • Provide support and service to overseas distributors, including order processing, product labelling, compliance with food regulations, shipping, and documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, factory personnel, warehouse staff, food technologists (R&D), and marketing teams.

  • Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies such as MITI, Matrade, and shipping/forwarding agents.

  • Ensure effective credit management and timely payment collection for export transactions.

  • Handle export-related business inquiries and sales inquiries.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Commerce, Business or relevant.

  • 5+ years of experience in International Export Business in Consumer, FMCG or FnB industries; experience in China market - preferable

  • Regional experience is a must.

  • A growth mindset and expand horizons.
