Office is based in Makati City and work set up is Onsite.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Managing inventory, taxes, and financial closing in collaboration with partners.
• Handling shipment paperwork and supplier payments.
• Verifying invoices and managing inventory costs.
• Resolving errors in the Sales-SAP interface.
• Analyzing stock in Philippine stores.
• Coordinating shipping, transfers, and customs.
• Optimizing warehouse storage and eliminating unused items.

Key job qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of inventory control experience in retail or FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of logistics, imports.
• Strong data, reconciliation skills.
• Effective communication across teams.
• Accurate with numbers, keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Inventory management expertise.
• Able to work Onsite in Ayala, Makati City.
