Our respected client is seeking a System Engineer (Helpdesk) of the highest professional standing and a background in handling trouble shooting and issue management for the job of IT Helpdesk. This job is based on Makati City, Philippines and offers an on-site work arrangement.
Key job responsibilities:
- Will handle 1st level of trouble shooting.
- Handles trouble and issue management.
- Can identify/analyses the issues.
- Knowledgeable on PC, server, network, and infrastructure
- Preferably a generalist
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Key job qualifications:
- Graduate/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology & Computer-related/equivalent courses
- With one (1) year work related experience particularly in helpdesk support
- With Cisco Certification preferably CCNA an advantage
- Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good written and communication skills
- Can work under minimum supervision.
