Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational consumer goods and healthcare company. Our respected client is seeking an IT Leader with experience in handling the costing management of all IT systems and service sales, project management and execution, training implementation, and supporting the collection of generated sales. The candidate will be reporting to the Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be based in Taguig City.
Key job responsibilities include:
  • Manages and oversees the IT sales and service revenue generation
  • Monitors project leads by building networks and proactively hunting for new business opportunities in both public and private healthcare institutions
  • Prepares client feasibility studies and market analysis if needed
  • Prepares and presents business proposals, negotiates and reviews all contracts related to IT business
  • Builds a good relationship with direct clients and dealers.
  • Works closely with Regional IT & Technical support in case needed ie warranty claims etc.
  • Develops multi-tiered relationships to organically grow existing business
  • Leads or coordinates clinical & technical matters with internal departments
  • Responds to requests for information
  • Develops and manages client communication activities
  • Builds a good relationship with direct clients and dealers.
  • Works closely with Regional IT & Technical support in case needed ie warranty claims etc.
  • Understand and follow company policies, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
  • Shall consistently adhere to the Fujifilm Group Code of Conduct and Compliance Policy
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  • Ability to execute, implement and with close attention to details
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and preferably Computer Science; Information technology; Communications and Information Technology / Electronic & Communication engineering graduate or similar level
  • More than 5 years work experience in the Medical or Healthcare IT Solutions industry preferably from a Multinational Company
  • Minimum 3 years of Healthcare Solutions: PACS, HIS, LIS , RIS
  • Minimum 3 of years Workflow and process Training management
  • With Vendor/ Distributor Management
  • Familiar with key institutions' workflow and influencers
  • Has experience in Technical Sales
  • Highly analytical and with strong software and hardware understanding of IT Healthcare Solutions; good business sense. Has a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Ability to synergize, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the completion of projects within specified deadlines
  • Good presentation skills and ability to speak at industry events
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency in driving results. Can work independently
  • Highly-organized and has effective time management skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills and capacity to sell Synapse or FFPH Services initiative, ability to multi-task, as well as strong follow-through skills
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
  • Customer-oriented and with strong client management skills
  • Ability to solve problems, generate ideas and solutions
