We have an exciting new role with a hotel leisure brand looking for strategic and planning Junior Brand Manager.
With over 40 brands within their portfolio, you'll be looking after two key brands and responsible for the success of thier performance. You'll be the face of these brands and have strategic responsibility to deliver local activation campaigns by adapting creative assets from global. Working closely with Regional Marketing managers to implement campaigns.
You will drive brand performance and market share by supporting brand content across paid, owned and earned content. Must be able to interpret results and brand awareness studies.
You'll develop guest experience frameworks (brand programmes) pillars and touchpoins to grow brand reputation performance scores.
You'll be developing social media campaigns, need to be technical, able to work on health of brands (SWOT), Google Analytics. Candidate needs to be a team player, ideally from hospitality or understands the franchise model - Be able to work with key stakeholders.
Typical background for this person is someone who has a key understanding of hotel and hospitality industry across brands segments with emphasis on strategic objectives.
