Key Accounts Manager
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading global herbal health and personal care organization with consolidated portfolios in pharma, personal care, babycare, wellness and animal health. Our respective client is looking for a Key Accounts Manager who will manage the business growth by establishing and maintaining cordial and effective relationships with key personnel. This position requires onsite reporting and will be reporting to the Regional Manager and is located in Makati City, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Be upbeat in maintaining appropriate knowledge of products
  • Convey economic developments on marketing strategies and product performance to management
  • Evaluate sales and open orders against budget for management of overall sales goals
  • Organize, coordinate and conduct customer sales presentation, quarterly business reviews measure KPIs and deliver on strategic targets
  • Negotiate and resolve issues which arise between assigned accounts and HDC Philippines on matters relating to product performance, pricing, service, etc
  • Develop new opportunities and expand sales on existing accounts
  • Establish and maintain cordial and effective relationships with key personnel for the Philippines Market relevant to purchasing, packaging, R & D, Operations, Marketing, and management areas
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or any related course
  • At least 5 years related work experience
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • With organizational, strategic, Technical and leadership competencies.
  • Good economic understanding and industry insight (good customer and market orientation)
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills
