As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking a talented for Key Account Manager position. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
The Key Account Manager will work independently and report to the Business Development Manager to support clients of company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Business development while maintaining good customer relationship. Work directly with external Key Accounts
- Lead the Team and make effective development plans
- Collect and analyze periodic business reports to approve business data, analyze and discover existing problems in cooperation between the two parties and propose solutions.
- Provide solutions for unusual situations, along with providing and supporting data for operations department according to the actual situation of daily operations
- Improve the service quality of the operations department and meet the requirements of partners.
Job Requirements:
- Required Chinese language, communication level
- University graduate or higher, have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Courier.
- Experience in data analysis modeling, able to extract and summarize operational data and provide data support.
- Good communication skills, able to work under pressure.
- Teamwork spirit and high sense of responsibility, sharp thinking.
