Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Indonesia's Multinational Oil & Gas company. Our respected client is looking for a professional salesperson with at least 7 years of experience in automotive or oil & gas for the job Key Account Manager (Automotive). The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia
The successful candidate should be an expert in building connections with the decision-makers with extraordinary negotiation skills. As the Key Account Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new strategies & initiative related into business development.
  • Manage end to end bidding process with prospective customer.
  • Building rapport & maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Responsible as the negotiator for any contract partnership.
  • Achieve sales target & growth expectations.
  • Provide competitor analysis including: activities, pricing, promotion, etc.

Key Job Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Management, Business Administrations, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in B2B Technical Sales, with proven records in managing automotive or oil&gas clients.
  • Preferred to have 2-3 years experience in the leadership position of leading multinational FMCG companies.
  • Great leadership & management.
  • Expert in negotiation & communication, able to tailor conversation with the decision makers.
  • Wide networks with automotive or oil&gas customers.
  • Good communication in English.
