Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational FMCG Company. Our respected client is seeking a professional with suitable qualifications for the E-Commerce Key Account Manager Position. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


  • Building and maintaining strong, sustainable, and profitable customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Developing long-term and short-term business plans in collaboration with the Customer and Channel team aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Utilizing your familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and technologies.
  • Drive and execute account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identifying and pursuing business opportunities to grow categories, planning and executing online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Ensuring in-store excellence and online perfect store executions.
  • Leading collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Negotiating and finalizing trading terms and promotion agreements.
  • Performing periodic account performance analysis and reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing account profitability, investment budget, and account receivables settlement.


  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Key Account Management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel.
