Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, represents our esteemed client-a leading multinational FMCG company. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Key Account Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop operational plans for customers, encompassing sales, budgeting, activities, personnel, and customer management.
  • Attain sales targets and distribution objectives, focusing on key accounts.
  • Engage in negotiations with customers to establish business plans and diligently follow up on agreed-upon plans nationwide.
  • Ensure comprehensive pre and post evaluations for selected customer activities.
  • Exceed or meet monthly and annual sales targets while exploring new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.
  • Effectively manage budget allocation and prioritize customer profitability.
  • Maintain plan accuracy in terms of sales forecasts, budget utilization, promotion plans, and activities.
  • Execute speedy product launches (NPD) and optimize assortment distribution.
  • Foster strong client relationships and identify avenues for new business development.
  • Take charge of planning and implementing strategies for market penetration and sales goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to sales trends across products, channels, and customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Execute and plan additional sales and marketing functions to enhance efficiency.
  • Keep a close eye on factors like bad debt, overdue deductions, competitor movements, pricing, and in-store/DC stock levels.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in FMCG or Retail, with experience in handling the Minimarket Channel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-motivate, and excel in a challenging environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team.
