Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on electrical products. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10-15 years' experience in electrical products for the job of Key Account Manager - Power & Grid. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Report to Business Vice President Power & Grid
- Maintain the account based on the projects
- Develops and executes strategic, tactical and account sales plans to ensure strong pipeline is maintained
- Develops new capabilities and executes strategy
- Develops monthly forecasts and annual sales budgets
- Monitors and reports on progress against forecast and objectives
- Leads adoption and use of sales tools (including CRM) and methodologies in the region
- Takes remedial action and/or seeks advice as required in relation to sales opportunities
- Drives C-level relationships in Enterprise Agreement accounts and leverages Schneider Electric Executive team
- Directly participates in closing strategic opportunities
- Ensures that sales activities conform with relevant government regulations, company policies, standard and ethics
- Identifies opportunities for improvement of work practices and processes
- Maintains and encourages appropriate communications and cooperation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Marketing or any related major from reputable university
- Minimum ten to fifteen years' experience in Sales management a must, with preferable experience within in Power & Grid
- Strong experience in Power & Grid
- Strong exposure as an account manager in handling the client side and requirement
- Delivery of application projects requiring high level of integration knowledge
- Experience and skills in contract negotiation, commercial law, tender evaluation, and quote preparation
- Basic Financial Skills - P&L, Balance Sheet
- Understanding of system business applications, market trends and integration/adoption issues
