Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in managing content creators, with a background in digital, startup, or MCN preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experiences in leading team members.
