An immediate L&D Co-ordinator is required to work for a very successful e-Commerce business, based in London. The role will be to support the L&D Manager on a specific Training and Development programme which will be rolled out across the whole business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Co-ordinating/confirming itineraries and training schedules
- Sending out training literature and information packs
- Managing and recording attendance
- Follow up emails and feedback questionnaires
- Telephone/email queries/questions
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar post before and have an interest in HR/L&D. You will be an excellent co-ordinator (able to multi-task and spin lots of different plates) and have sound communication skills, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders at ease.
This position will be offered on a 2 month temporary assignment, and requires someone who can start immediately. It's working for a very 'sought after' business that will not only give you invaluable experience but will 'look good' on your CV.
