A highly reputable commercial organisation is looking for an interim Learning & Development Specialist with a potential opportunity for a permanent role afterwards. Working collaboratively with the L&D team and closely with key stakeholders to understand their challenges, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and facilitating their leadership, management and soft skills learning programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering new programmes and shaping the future within the organisation!

Skills and Experience
- You must have extensive experience of creating, implementing and facilitating leadership, management and soft skills learning programmes
- You must have gained the above experience within a commercial organisation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver training in a highly engaging way
- Must be detail orientated with the ability to motivate, anticipate constraints and identify alternative solutions
- Proven track record of delivering successful programmes within tight deadlines
