Lead Developer - Permanent (Hybrid) - Central London - ASAP Start
My client who is a leading investment bank is looking for a Lead Developer to join their platform development team to support the banks financial markets operations. You will be building critical distributed compute solutions across their financial markets
This role would suit someone with 5+ year's experience and who is looking for their next career step.
Role:
- Design and develop mission critical systems with knowledge of infrastructure architecture (Data/ Applications)
- Build services across multiple dimensions
- Develop reliable connectivity with numerous bank systems
- Design solutions that stretch from databases via solace to react/openfin user interfaces
- Maintain stability, availability, and performance across platforms
- Work with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions
Key Skills & Experience:
- Low-latency, Complex Events Processing (CEP), Electronic trading, Dev-ops, CI-CD,
- No-SQL, MongoDB, Columnar DB, doc, shell scripts, garbage collector
- Hazelcast, Zookeper, Google Guice, Solace
- Microservices, API, System Compositional Framework
- Understanding of UI Concepts
- Experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban
- Knowledge on Bonds & Equities
Salary: £115,000 - £125,000
