Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading National Engineering Consultancies company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5-10 years' experience in Solar PV project for the job of Lead Electrical Design Engineer. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Report directly to the Engineering Manager
  • Leading Engineers in Engineering Design and Quantity Estimation
  • Design Review and Reporting
  • PV Power Plant electrical engineering & design
  • Battery / ESS engineering & design
  • Generation of Bill of Materials
  • National and International standards implementation

Job Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of Engineering Design experience in Power Plants / LV Systems
  • At least 1 year of Lead Engineer or other Managerial Experience
  • Experienced in Generation of Bill of Materials
  • Understands electrical engineering, energy conversion, and power system
  • Familiarity in AutoCAD, Ms. Visio, Google Sheet
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Experienced in Solar PV
  • Experienced in MV Systems
  • Understands international electrical standards
  • Knowledgeable in motor drives, energy storage, gensets, or UPS
  • Knowledgeable in microgrids and genset integration to PV
  • Experienced in Civil Engineering and Construction aspects of Solar PV
  • Experienced in Electrical Panel design
  • Familiar with PVSyst, Helioscope, ETAP, and/or DigSilent PowerFactor
  • Understand cost estimation of the design
