We're urgently looking for a highly motivated Learning & Development Senior Manager with an excellent communications skills, people & stakeholder engagement skills, to be based in HCMC.
Job Summary:
- Ensure that the learning and development options are continuously updated to align with business needs and meet market and industry standards.
- Ensure a smooth and effective process for implementing learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure thorough evaluation of learning and development interventions to provide value to the business and enhance people's capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Learning
- Take responsibility for the entire corporate training portfolio, including LNA, designing training programs, delivering training sessions, and measuring their effectiveness.
- Maintain and expand the range of learning opportunities, including peer-to-peer sharing through the Learn & Share program and self-learning courses on Udemy.
- Collaborate with different divisions to provide technical training and ensure company-wide compliance with LOMA.
- Ensure that compliance training and onboarding e-learning programs are effective.
- Manage the learning systems on platforms such as Workday, Accendo and related tools.
- Development
- Lead the company's University project (aims to develop future-ready competencies) and oversee learning and development initiatives following the project.
- Create assessment and development programs (360-degree feedback assessments, coaching, mentoring, secondment opportunities) to support employee growth.
- Develop tailored learning and development roadmaps and programs for different segments of the staff.
- Manage the Coaching & Mentoring program to ensure its effectiveness throughout the organization.
- Promote the use of short-term projects (Gigs) as an alternative development solution.
- Career Development Roadmap
- Take charge of the Career Management Toolkit and Career Development Roadmap within the organization.
- Design the content and process for a system that supports career development and internal movement within the company.
- Own and promote the Individual Development Plan (IDP) tool for career development.
- Leadership, Assessment, and Management Development
- Create a framework of leadership and management competencies.
- Design and implement programs and frameworks specifically tailored for senior leadership and management groups.
- Identify and recommend impactful assessment tools to enhance capability development.
- Team Development
- Recruit, develop, and provide coaching for direct reports to enhance their performance.
- Other Relevant Tasks/Projects Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent
- Have at least 7 years with relevant experiences in HR, specifically in Learning & Development, Talent Management or Organization Development in MNCs
- Strong ability for structured and conceptual thinking with detailed oriented and result-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Proficiency in facilitation is highly desirable
- Skilled in providing people consultation & coaching
- Technologically adept and possesses a talent for storytelling
- Fluent English and Vietnamese (both orally and in writing)
- Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
