Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Financial Technology company for the role of Legal & Compliance Manager, The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

• Providing legal advice, and support in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Liaising with partner's legal & compliance team to create compliant products.
• Leading and owning BOD & BOC meetings, regulatory reporting and compliance matters.
• Review and evaluate existing company procedures & processes, and suggest changes where required.
• Advising on day to day legal matters of the company.
• Analyzing OJK/AFPI regulations/updates and provide team direction and guidelines on compliance with the relevant regulations and standards.
• Building and maintaining relationships with relevant authorities (OJK, AFPI, AfTech etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a legal & compliance officer, manager, or similar position (preferred experience from a growth fintech company).
• Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities and an analytical mind with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa.
