Excellent opportunity to join a leading law firm as a Legal Secretary and support in their Financial Markets practice group. This firm has a strong presence in over 40 countries, their global reach ensures that they can operate and help businesses with their legal needs anywhere in the world and continue to lead the legal industry by attracting some of the brightest legal professional in the world.

This role will support a team of fee earners with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow with the role.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar position (ideally a law firm) with experience in billing and time costing. We are also considering candidates with similar experience supporting as PA in accountancy or consultancy firms.


This is a City based firm with stunning offices with a hybrid working arrangement in place.


What you will be doing?

  • Manage tasks as they arise in an efficient and timely response
  • Manage workflow from the team inbox
  • Book and coordinate internal and external client meetings, book travel as required including flights, hotels, taxis ad create itineraries
  • Manage fee earners expectations and provide status updates on tasks
  • Documents management, draft and format documents, client matter management
  • Understand end to end billing process including amendments, narratives and raising credit notes
  • General administration tasks as for the team of fee earners
