Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global technology company who is delivering truly prominent IT solutions, IT Design, IT Management, Data Security, Business Reform, and Infrastructure Plan for enterprises. Due to the company's expansion to EMEA and Manila, our respected client is currently looking for an IT professional who has experience for the job of Maintenance Renewal Associate. The company is based in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines, that currently offers hybrid set - up (transportation covered via Grab Corporate account) with night shift work hours and devices/equipment will be provided.
Position Overview

The Maintenance Renewal Specialist is responsible for reconciling client contract data, preparing maintenance renewal quotes, and owning the client's renewal data. The incumbent will conduct research, reconcile, and verify client's renewal asset data as well as gather cost pricing from our vendor partners, reconcile data against our data, and generate renewal quotations.

Job Description:

  • Reconcile Client renewal contract data
  • Reconcile vendor contract data
  • Pull client renewal data reports from the system and reconcile in MS Excel
  • Answer contract maintenance data base issues
  • Work with vendors to receive quotes with set timelines
  • Work in coordination with Maintenance Renewal Assoc and Account Executives sales team
  • All other duties as assigned


Job Qualification:

  • Computer hardware/software knowledge
  • College graduate with a 2-year degree
  • 2 years' previous sales experience preferred
  • Proven hands-on skills with MS Excel, MS Office, ServiceNow
  • Knowledge in SAP/SMART and ServiceNow databases
  • Detail-oriented
  • Creating relationships with Sales team and Vendors to receive quotes in a timely manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Familiarity with cloud technical concepts
