As the Managing Director, you will provide leadership in planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development, and mentoring. Overseeing staff performance, implementing goals, approving incentives, and addressing employee-related issues are key aspects.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the assigned area, overseeing planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development, and mentoring.
- Monitor staff performance, collaborate with employees to set and implement goals, document progress, approve incentive compensation calculations, and address employee-related issues in coordination with Human Resources.
- Take responsibility for activities related to selling products and/or services, with a focus on developing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Direct resources in a cost-effective and innovative manner, including assisting sales executives in the effective use of resources and tools.
- Develop sales plans, goals, strategies, and objectives to achieve team goals and sales/revenue objectives.
- Identify critical market segments through market research and competitor analyses, providing recommendations for sales improvement.
- Implement and execute sales policies and practices to drive effective sales operations.
- Oversee trade show participation and actively participate in the planning of sales meetings.
- Prepare sales production reports for senior management, providing insights into team performance.
Job Requirements
- Extensive sales experience in a dynamic professional setting.
- Strong background and established relationships in the Banking or Payments industry.
- Substantial experience in the Financial Services Industry.
- Strong experience in people management.
- Robust business acumen, industry knowledge, financial management, and planning skills.
- Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements.
- Fluent in English
