Our highly respected client is seeking a Market research coordinator that will provide administrative support for research field work. The job is temporarily WFH set up, day shift and their office are in Makati City, Philippines.
Job summary:
Our dear client is looking for a Market Research Coordinator that will provide administrative support for market research, designs, and executes surveys, generates reports, and analyses data culled from the CRM system and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on these data.
Key job responsibilities include:

  • Provides administrative support for research fieldwork including, but not limited to:
    • coordinating and recruiting focus groups respondents
    • managing survey distribution
    • liaising with respondents and managing their queries
    • ensuring swift payment of tokens to research participants
    • sets up, manages, and facilitates research panels
    • liaises with and manages external suppliers to facilitate the delivery of research projects
  • Conducts survey design, fieldwork, and analysis to inform student recruitment and marketing activities
  • Collates, analyzes, and interprets data from a wide range of primary and secondary sources to support the Market Research & Analytics Manager
  • Maintains an up-to-date, online library of market research information
  • Collaborates with internal clients in the development of highly targeted marketing activities by providing data-based insights and proper database segmentation and profiling

Key job requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Communications Technology, Management, Business Administration, or another similar program
  • 4 years of relevant experience in market research
  • Functional areas of Marketing and Information Technology
  • Technical Knowledge: CRM Tools, PowerBI, Data Analytics Tools, Digital Marketing, Basic SQL, HTML, or similar tools
  • Organized and Detail-oriented - Thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small. Monitors and checks work or information and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently.
  • Technical Expertise - Applies and improves extensive or in-depth specialized knowledge, skills, and judgment to accomplish a result or to accomplish one's job effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking - The ability to analyse the organization's competitive position by considering market and industry trends, existing and potential customers (internal and external), and strengths and weaknesses as compared to competitors.
  • Insight - Having and gaining insight into situations, problems, and processes. Deconstructing problems and systematically investigating the various components. Having a complete picture.
