Job Summary
Our respected client is looking for a results-driven and proactive Marketing Account Executive to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships for the job of Marketing Account Executive.
The Marketing Account Executive will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies to meet and exceed client expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The job is in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
Key job responsibilities:
- To attend and take an active role in all meetings. Take minutes when requested, ensuring contact reports are written and distributed as requested and as required.
- To ensure that status/ work in progress reports are updated and distributed every week.
- To gather any information required to enable creative brief to be written.
- To supply written briefs to obtain competitive quotes from suppliers as appropriate.
- To keep job files up to date and complete at all times.
- To keep job finance system up to date at all times and ensure that finance processes are followed.
- To ensure that email/ electronic folders are kept up-to-date.
- To maintain accurate competitor sample files.
- To provide thorough proof reading when required.
- To provide support to anyone within the Client Services team.
Key job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar marketing or account management role, preferably in a betting and gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and campaign management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics, make data-driven decisions, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software, marketing analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges and opportunities
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and industry developments.
