A leading footwear brand requires an experienced Marketing/CRM Coordinator to join their CRM team on a 2 month basis initially with a potential opportunity to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise diverse data sets for segmentation and contact targeting
- Upgrade our email communications using graphics, personalisation and advanced features
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns, working with trading and brand marketing teams
- Own email calendar and email briefings
- Own weekly and monthly reports. Analyse results and make suggestions for future improvement
- Work with wider teams to create campaigns that support the growth our email list
- Other tasks relating to the creation of new workflows and customer segments
Skills and Experience
- Able to write clear and engaging copy for email. Attention to detail in copy; clarity, grammar and spelling
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within a complex environment
- Strong communication skills in English and another European language ideally and / or have had exposure to international markets
- Strong knowledge and understanding of CRM platforms (ideally Responsys) and databases
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Project management skills
- An ability to work within deadlines
- Ability to work in an agile method on multiple projects at the same time
- Able to manage the CRM assistant
