International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a SaaS company. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking for Marketing Director position. The job is based in HCMC, Vietnam.

As the Marketing Director - Your major focus would be mapping out development strategies for demand & lead generation to achieve sales growth, also managing & motivating people under your team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the long-term marketing strategy, emphasizing achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration, and cost-effective customer acquisition
  • Spearhead the development & implementation of a winning Demand & Lead generation strategy
  • Ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials - coordinating with Product marketing and overseeing the content creation, web design & creative efforts
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, including Search, Email campaigns, and Media partners
  • Leading the strategy for online events, webinars, and website development
  • Provide short and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist sales teams in acquiring B2B customers
  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to drive positioning and messaging strategy into creative campaign ideas
  • Work closely with Product, Product marketing, and Growth teams; to define marketing strategies for new and existing products and users

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree holder in Marketing or relevant majors
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital marketing
  • Proven 2-3 years of people management skills
  • Proficient in Demand generation & Lead generation tactics in B2B product
  • Hands-on experience in developing content & web development strategy
  • Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including campaigns from concept to execution to ROI analysis
  • Good English comprehensive skills
  • Experience with Salesforce to nurture, track, and report on lead conversions
  • Strong modeling & analytical skills
