Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a Financial Technology company serving the gaming and entertainment space company. Our respected client is seeking an experienced Marketing Head (Content Creator Acquisition). The job is in Quezon City, Philippines but can offer a Hybrid arrangement (1x a week onsite).

Job Type: Fixed term Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with a marketing consultant to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and branding plan tailored to content creator acquisition goals.
  • Partner with the Content Creator Project Lead to align marketing strategies with project objectives, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
  • Create and implement targeted programs and campaigns designed to attract, engage, and retain content creators, driving user growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify and integrate new app features that resonate with the target market, enhancing user engagement and content creation capabilities.
  • Regularly attend on-ground events, representing the brand and establishing relationships with potential content creators, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and engaging marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies, ensuring maximum ROI and user acquisition efficiency.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to project stakeholders on marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and progress towards acquisition goals


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring content creators, influencers, or users in a digital or technology-driven environment
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering productive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry professionals
  • Experienced collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with product development and design, to ensure alignment with user needs and market trends
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and influencer marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing programs that resonate with target audiences
  • Willingness to participate in daily face- to- face sessions with the team and attend on- ground events as needed
