Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading clothing retail company. Our respected client is seeking a marketing management executive with at least eight years' experience in retail marketing for the job of Marketing Manager. The job is based in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines.


Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager's responsibilities include developing plans to increase awareness of the brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. This will include all marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions. This role will be directly reporting to the Chief Operations Officer.


Job Description:

  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for Marketing department.
  • Provide routine updates to the principal marketing counterparts to ensure budget requirements are met and initiatives are on brand
  • Craft strategies for all Marketing channels, including Digital, OOH, Communications, and Creative.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with the principal for timely approvals of events, product seeding, Ads, and initiatives.
  • Communicate and present the brand to press and maintain KOL relations.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, advertising or any related course
  • At least eight years' experience in 360-degree marketing for a retail or consumer goods company
  • Must have experience in public relations and understanding of digital marketing
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good listener and able to respond to results of consumer research
  • Must be knowledgeable about current trends in fashion or athletic wear
  • Must have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
  • Must have good analytical skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite (San Pedro, Laguna)
